Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix sugar, meal and cornstarch.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add butter, lemon juice and rind.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
