"Can'T Goof Homemade Bread" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour (bread flour is best)
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add 2 cups of flour and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well with electric mixer.
    Add remaining flour; stir with a spoon.
    Cover; allow to rise (double in size), about 30 minutes.
    Punch down 25 strokes.
    Pour in greased loaf pan; let rise to the top of pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0, until golden brown.
    Brush with oleo.
