Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. chopped dates or raisins
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0 and grease pans.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, butter, water and eggs.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Mix together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Add to first mixture and beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Stir in dates or raisins and nuts.
Pour in pans (2 loaf size) and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
