Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugars, soda, powder, flour and margarine.
    Mix until crumbly (I use my hands).
    Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture for topping.
    Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
    Mix well.
    To make sour milk, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to your sweet milk.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add 1/2 cup reserved mixture.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
