Senator Russell'S Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (boil in skin)
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. butter

Preparation

Remove skins from potatoes.
Thoroughly mix together potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and butter.
Pour into buttered casserole.
