Million Dollar Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter, softened
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. sugar
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed, about 10 minutes, until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating 1 minute after each addition.
    Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Mix after each addition.
    Stir in flavorings.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes; remove to wire rack.
    Cool.
