Cheese Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
    6 tsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
    Drain and mash thoroughly.
    Add butter, cheese, milk and salt.
    Heat over low heat until butter and cheese are melted.
    Fold in eggs.
