Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    6 (1-inch thick) loin pork chops
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer half of the potatoes and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers. Combine the soup (undiluted) with sour cream; pour over potato mixture.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
