Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) pie crusts
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon
2 lb. Winesap or Jonathan cooking apples

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Core and slice apples.
Layer apples in bottom of pie crust.
Sprinkle with flour mixture.
Repeat, ending with flour mixture.
Dot with butter. Cover with top crust and perforate.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
