Ma'S Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. or 3 bananas
3 eggs
2/3 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift together into bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Then add shortening, 1/3 of milk and bananas.
Beat at middle of dial for 2 minutes.
Then add remainder of milk and eggs and beat 2 minutes more.
Fold in nuts and pour into prepared pans, 9-inch or 13 x 9 1/2-inch.
Bake 9-inch 35 minutes or 13-inch 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
