Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 (5 to 7 lb.) trimmed beef brisket
Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Combine liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion and celery salt. Pour mixture over meat and rub in.
Wrap meat in heavy foil.
Seal foil on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
