Donna'S "Deer" Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice
    2 cans tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 to 12 butterfly chops
    a little water (may have to add)
Preparation
    Mix rice, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper together in large baking dish.
    Lay chops on top.
    Cover; cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Take out; turn chops.
    Cook another 30 minutes.
