Low-Fat Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices toasted bread, cut in cubes
2 oz. bacon pieces or chips
1 to 1 1/2 c. skim or 1% milk
salt and pepper
4 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese
1 carton Egg Beaters (4 eggs)
1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Place bread cubes on bottom of greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon chips.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
