Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 breakfast sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. milk
    bread crumbs (enough to make mixture cling together)
    salt and pepper to your liking
Preparation
    Place in a meat loaf pan.
    It is better to use a pan that has a drain rack so meat loaf will not set in the fat.
    Cover entire top with ketchup.
    Place enough bacon strips to cover top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.
