Spinach Pie Parma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. seasoned croutons, coarsely crushed
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. dairy sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine croutons and margarine; mix well and press into bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
    Combine 1/4 cup Parmesan and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon over crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set.
    Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Let stand five minutes before serving.
