Casserole Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, cooked and drained
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cube butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix this all together.
Put in casserole bowl.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered.
Use electric mixer.
