Easter Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    Grated cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together (except Topping) and put into a greased
    9 x 13 inch baking dish.
    Combine the corn flakes and melted butter, and spread over the top of the potato mixture.
    Top with grated cheddar, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
