Mr. (Charles) Oursler'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1 bell pepper, cut in pieces or sliced (not minced)
    1 onion, cut in pieces
    1 can black olives
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Pound steak and cut in serving size pieces.
    Flour and brown steak.
    Add olives and tomato sauce; simmer 1 hour.
    Add pepper and onion and simmer an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over fresh creamed potatoes with rolls.
