Easy Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. soft lard
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and 1/2 of the flour.
    Beat well for 2 minutes.
    Add egg, shortening and remaining flour; mix with a spoon or hand mix until dough is easy to handle.
    Place in greased bowl in refrigerator. Punch occasionally.
