Spinach And Cheese Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans spinach, drained
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. saltine crackers, finely crushed or use boxed saltine cracker crumbs (graham crackers not recommended)
    sharp cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Make a sauce of mustard, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Layer spinach, cracker crumbs, sauce and cheese.
    Continue layering until bowl is full or spinach is gone.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
