Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Pet milk
1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 pkg. graham crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Place milk, bowl and beaters in refrigerator overnight to chill.
Set aside jello and hot water to cool and thicken.
Do not let congeal.
Blend together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, then add jello and beat.
Whip milk until fluffy.
Add jello and cream cheese mixture and blend.
Add graham cracker crumbs and butter together.
Put cracker crumbs on bottom of dish and pour mixture on top of cracker crumbs.
Reserve some of the crumbs to sprinkle on top.
