Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In
a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, peanut butter and eggs until well blended. Sift the
dry
ingredients and add to the creamed batter.
Add the vanilla extract.
Mix well.
Chill dough thoroughly.
When ready to\tbake, preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Shape dough into walnut sized pieces.
Press
with
a floured fork onto greased cookie sheet. Bake
for
10
to
12 minutes.
Remove to wire rack and cool. These freeze very well.
