The World'S Best Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared pie crust
    1 pkg. Lemon Jell-O (regular size)
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Prepare Jell-O according to package directions.
    Use ice to speed set.
    When gelatin is chilled and slightly thickened, whisk in yogurt until smooth.
    Turn into prepared crust and refrigerate until set, about
    2 to 3 hours.
    Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
    May also be made with other citrus flavors.
