Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Hershey Kisses, unwrapped
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 unbeaten egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. milk
    Sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Cream shortening, sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar.
    Mix flour and creamed mixture together and add egg, vanilla and milk. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for about 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven and place a kiss on each cookie until cookie cracks.
    Place in oven for 1-2 minutes.
