Potato Salad #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large new potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 c. whole green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in peel.
    Cool, peel and cut into large pieces. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Toss well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Mix before serving.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
