Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
2 medium heads romaine lettuce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 Tbsp. olive oil
juice from 2 lemons
4 to 5 chopped anchovy fillets (optional)
2 coddled eggs*
2 c. garlic croutons

*To coddle eggs:
Cook 1 1/2 minutes in barely simmering water.
