Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except eggs and breadcrumbs.
    Press sausage and seasoning mixture around hard-boiled eggs.
    Roll egg in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs.
    Cook one at a time in 350\u00b0 deep fryer, 4 to 5 minutes.
