Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ears corn
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. fatback grease
Preparation
    Gently scrape corn with a knife.
    Get all kernels off.
    Put into fatback grease in pan.
    Add butter.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Put in milk and flour.
    Cook 5 more minutes on low.
    Add salt and pepper to your taste.
