Ingredients

4 or 6 chicken breasts, split and boned
bacon
1 pkg. thin beef or ham (such as Carl Buddig)
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover bottom of pan with chopped meat.
Wrap each piece of chicken with 1/2 strip of bacon. Place in pan on beef or ham.
Mix sour cream and mushroom soup, then pour over chicken.
Do not salt because bacon and beef supply what is necessary.
Cook, uncovered, for about an hour at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
