Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot loose sausage
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Bring sausage and cheese to room temperature.
    Mix well and add Bisquick one cup at a time, mixing well.
    Roll into small balls about the size of a walnut.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 15 minutes, until light brown.
