Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Cream the cheese well, until light and fluffy.
    Add sour cream; beat well.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat.
    Add vanilla, cornstarch and flour; mix well.
    Add sugar and melted butter; bake in a greased spring pan in a 350\u00b0oven.
    After 1 hour, shut off oven and leave in the oven for 1 hour more.
