Cold Melon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe cantaloupe
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 c. orange juice
    3 tsp. lime juice
    fresh mint sprig for garnish
Preparation
    Remove seeds from melon; peel and cut into cubes.
    Place pulp, cinnamon and 1/2 cup orange juice in a blender and puree.
    Combine remaining 2 cups orange juice and lime juice; stir into puree. Pour mixture into a bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
