*Oven Roasted Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large red peppers
    2 large yellow peppers
    2 large green peppers
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, dried
    1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut each pepper into quarters.
    Remove the seeds. Place in large roasting pan. Add olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss mixture to coat well.
    Arrange peppers in one layer. Roast 25 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
    (Peppers can be cut into 8 pieces each.)
