Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil and vanilla together in large bowl, set aside.
    In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add flour mixture a little at a time to pumpkin mixture, blending well after each time.
    Pour into a greased and well-floured 8-inch loaf pan (1-quart capacity). Cook for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Cool completely before removing from pan.
