3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked deboned chicken (cut into bite sized pieces)
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Melt butter in a deep baking dish. Mix the flour and milk, make a thick paste. Pour into buttered baking dish. Do not stir. Combine the chicken and broth, pour into the baking dish. Do not Stir. Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
