Four Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can waxed beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 French-style green beans
    1 can baby lima beans
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, minced
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain beans and rinse.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
    Add salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Set aside to cool. Combine other ingredients and pour vinegar mixture over them.
    Mix well. Store in 2-quart jars in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving. Salad will keep several days in refrigerator.
