Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bags veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
    Velveeta cheese
    Ritz crackers
    5 to 6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cook veggies as directed on packages.
    Drain and put in large bowl.
    Cut slices of Velveeta and cover top of veggies.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and spread over cheese.
    Place 5 or 6 tablespoons of butter on crackers.
    Put in 350\u00b0
    oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
