Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 cubes butter
    6 lightly beaten eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, flour and butter.
    Add eggs, buttermilk, lemon flavoring, vanilla and salt.
    Pour into two prepared pie shells and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Will firm as it cools.
    Sprinkle with a little nutmeg, if desired.
