Single Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
-
Mix flour, salt and Crisco with pastry blender; add ice water and mix with a fork.
Handle as little as possible for a tender crust.
Roll out on floured board and put in pie pan.
