Garden Chicken And Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's condensed chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned cubed stuffing
    2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    celery leaves and carrot curl for garnish
Preparation
    In 3-quart square pan over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook celery, onion and carrots until tender.
    Add flour; cook one minute more, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir in broth and milk.
    Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
    Add stuffing and chicken; toss to coat.
    Spoon into 2-quart oblong baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
    Garnish with celery leaves and carrot curl, if desired.
    Makes 6 main dish servings.
