Ingredients

1 c. skim milk
1 c. apple juice
3 tsp. honey
2 tsp. regular or low-fat margarine
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine the milk, apple juice, honey, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan.
Heat just to boiling.
Add rice, apples and raisins.
Heat just to a simmer. Remove the cinnamon.
