Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. half and half
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation

Melt butter and garlic in saucepan over moderate heat.
Stir in flour.
Slowly blend in half and half, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Add undrained clams, brandy and all remaining ingredients.
Heat just to boiling.
Serve over hot buttered spaghetti.
