Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 7 1/2 rounded c. zucchini, peeled and cored
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cover zucchini with water; bring to boil and simmer until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Add to cool zucchini the remaining ingredients.
    Mix ingredients to zucchini and put in 2 crust pie. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
    It tastes like apple pie.
