Pork Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean pork, cubed
seasoned flour
1 onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. fat or oil
3 medium potatoes, diced
3 medium carrots, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 c. frozen or canned peas
Preparation

Sprinkle meat with seasoned flour.
Brown with onion.
Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is almost tender.
Add potatoes, carrots and celery.
Cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add peas during last 8 to 10 minutes of cooking. Makes 4 servings.
