Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 carrots, cut in chunks
    1 large onion
    4 potatoes, quartered
    1 pt. tomatoes or tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Minute tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients together in a pan or casserole dish with a tight-fitting lid.
    Do not brown the beef.
    Do not disturb while baking.
    Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
