Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream the first 4 ingredients together with electric mixer. Add the egg, vanilla and sour milk; mix until well blended.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture; mix in zucchini last.
    Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
