Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pink salmon
    2 eggs
    1 c. crackers or bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    If too stiff, add a little milk.
    If not stiff enough, add more crackers.
    Make into patties and fry like you would pancakes.
    Brown very well.
    Use drippings to make cream gravy.
