Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    white sauce
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can cream of potato soup
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked 5 minutes
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 slice bread, toasted and cut into fourths
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Make white sauce.
    Add sliced onion and soup; mix thoroughly. Layer broccoli and soup mixture, beginning with broccoli and ending with soup.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Soak bread pieces in melted margarine; place on top.
    Pour on remaining margarine. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 servings.
