Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1 large can bean sprouts
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Heat sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour over vegetables and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.
