Oven French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    2/3 c. butter
    12 slices day old bread
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, cinnamon and milk.
    Melt butter in cake pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Turn and bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Keeps in freezer; just pop in toaster or microwave and serve.
